Refund & Return Policy 

Refund Policy on Water Coolers or Water Treatment Systems: 

Returns are accepted within 10 days after purchase. 10% Restocking fee and products subject to inspection. Return will take 5 - 7 business days to reflect on your bank statement. Items must be in original packaging and not used. 

 

Returns on other products that are shipped:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment and will take 5-7 working days to reflect on your bank statement. Return shipping will apply. Restocking fee may apply. 

 

Returns are accepted on unopened, undamaged products that are still in their original packaging. Products may be subject to inspection before return is processed.

 

Products purchased during a promotion or sale are final sale and not eligible for return.

 

Exchanges:

Exchanges are accepted within 45 days of original purchase. Exchange shipping fees will apply. Product needs to be returned at customers expense. 

 

Exchanges are accepted on unopened, undamaged products that are still in original packaging. 

 

Products may be exchanged for items of an equal or lesser value. 

 

Products purchased during a promotion or sale are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

Bottle Deposits:

Bottle deposit are refundable so long as the bottle is clearly labeled with the Icy Mountain Water label and is not damaged.  There are NO deposits for U-Fill Bottles.

 

Reasons we may reject a bottle:

Visibly broken or cracked

Visible deposits and/or staining on/or inside bottle

Unable to clean 

Used for purpose other than RO water

Strong smell in/on bottle

Not a Icy Mountain Water Bottle

 

All bottles are thoroughly inspected before a deposit is accepted.

Icy Mountain Water has no obligation to accept any bottle.  Returning deposits are at the discretion of the employee and done on a case per case basis.

 

To request a deposit refund(s) you will need the following: Original purchase receipt and/or proof of original purchase in our system (found via your name) along with an appropriate bottle(s).  

 

If you are NOT in our system and do NOT have an original receipt we require a government issued photo ID.  If you can not provide this we will not refund any deposit.

 

Warranty:

Warranty on items is at the product manufacturer discretion. If you are wondering if your purchase has any warranty, please contact us. 

 

Non-Delivery:

If your item has not been delivered after 12 working days of fulfillment, we will have an undelivered service ticket submitted with the corresponding courier for investigation. Once a response is received from the courier, undelivered orders will be replaced or refunded (based on available inventory). 

 

Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses from the customer may not be replaced or refunded.

 

We are unable to update or reroute your order once it has been shipped. 



 

Items picked up in-store:

If you purchased your item and picked it up in store (not shipped), you will have 30 days to return (water coolers and water treatment are exempt from this). Items must be in original packaging and unopened. Restocking fee may apply.

All return, exchange, lost and damaged product requests must be submitted to orders@icymountainwater.com. Include names, photos of any manufacturing defects, and any other information you can so we can best find your order. Please allow 1 - 2 business days for review and response.
