Due to the large quantity of texts we send out, texts are getting lost, added to spam lists, & it is becoming more and more difficult to get our text reminder to you, the customer. Because of this, we are moving the text notifications to an APP.
STEP 1: Download

If you are seeing this on your computer or laptop, please scan QR code on your mobile device to download our mobile app.

STEP 2: Login
Login with your email address we have on file, use your cell phone number as the password. If you wish to change it or if you are unsure of what email to use, please contact us.

Use the 10 digit cell number that we text as your password. NO spaces, dashes, or symbols. Example: 4039281097

STEP 3: Allow Push Messages and Location
This is important so that you receive the water reminder. The app will ask you if we can send you notifications, please say Allow.

Check Notification Settings:

Go to the Settings app.

Select Notifications > App Notifications.

Enable notifications for the desired app(s).
